Training and technical support
PQA provides training in the deployment, operation and use of software applications. PQA training experts begin by developing a high level training plan for the user groups and target objectives. Then, they develop detailed training agendas and materials and provide training on-site. Once a system or application is operational, PQA technical staff provide a wide variety of technical support, typically including on-call user support and operational support to those responsible for system management on a day-to-day basis.
