Mr. Wallace joined PQA in October 2007 as a software quality assurance specialist and environmental analyst. He has over ten years experience in database development and related quality assurance activities, and he has over four years experience in the development, support and evaluation of environmental management systems and compliance programs at federal facilities. During the past three years he has also developed and conducted environmental management system training classes for both federal and private clients. Mr. Wallace is a RAB-QSA certified Environmental Management System Auditor, and his technical capabilities include MS Access, VBA, SQL, ASP, ASP.NET, ArcView, ArcInfo, and RoboHelp.
