Terri Andrus, Assistant Contracts Administrator.

Ms. Andrus joined PQA's Financial Management Group in October 2007. As an Assistant Contracts Administrator, she assists in all contract management tasks, including the development of contract proposals, workplans, cost estimates, invoices and progress reports and preparation and management of subcontracts. Ms. Andrus has over seven years of prior professional work experience, with over four years as an Account Manager for a marketing communications agency based in Richmond, Virginia, and two years in accounting. In 2006 she received a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University.
