Ms. White joined PQA in 2002 as an environmental analyst and quality assurance coordinator for systems development projects at PQA. She is currently managing projects for the development of software supporting the United Nations Clean Development Mechanism Registry and the New Zealand Emission Unit Register, under the Kyoto Protocol. While at PQA she has also supported major systems development projects for both EPA's Clean Air Markets Division and EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. Prior to joining PQA, Ms. White worked as an environmental professional for seven years in varied roles that included environmental database design and administration, network administration, website design, environmental data analysis, training, and project management. She is experienced in environmental audits, including field and compliance record audits, and in the development of communication strategies, guidelines and other instructional and outreach materials for clients subject to environmental regulations.
