Richard BrewsterSenior Associate.    B.A., Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, SUNY at Binghamton, 1982 (Philosophy); B.S., Regents College, 1993 (Computer Information Systems)

Mr. Brewster joined PQA in July 2007 as a Java technical architect and is currently assisting with a major EPA information system reengineering initiative. He has over 13 years of prior experience in professional software development. Most recently he has been a Senior Java Developer and Architect at the Darden School Foundation at the University of Virginia working with small teams of developers to deliver enterprise software products for license to graduate business schools at major universities. Mr. Brewster's technical skills include development languages of C, C++, Ruby, SQL, Java, and XML. He has experience writing in multiple application platforms including HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, Windows NT/2000/XP, Java, Oracle 8i Server, Microsoft SQL Server, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JRun, and JBoss. Mr. Brewster holds the following certifications: Enterprise Architect for J2EE, Java Developer for the Java 2 Platform, Oracle 7 Professional Application Developer, Oracle 7 Professional Database Administrator, and Java 1.1 Programmer.
