Regulatory development supportPQA provides extensive regulation development support, including research and evaluation of regulatory options, regulatory impact analyses, review, organization, and summary of comments on proposed regulations, organization and management of regulation development workgroup and stakeholder meetings, and management of the docket. PQA has developed software to facilitate categorization, summarization and querying of comments to support complex rulemakings.
