Rebecca Lim, Senior Associate.    B.A., Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Williams College, 1990 (Asian Studies)

Ms. Lim has over 14 years experience at PQA as an environmental analyst and is currently a senior analyst for EPA projects involving compliance planning, monitoring, and emissions data evaluation. Ms. Lim is a recognized expert in the monitoring and data reporting aspects of 40 CFR Part 75 and has been frequently consulted by states, industry users, software vendors, and agency staff regarding monitoring plan requirements, and emissions reporting. Prior to joining PQA, Ms. Lim evaluated opportunities for creating technology-based start-up companies by conducting market and technical assessments of products. As a part of that process, she interviewed industry, government and association experts and produced due diligence reports on market opportunities.
