Ms. Prysby joined PQA in July 1997 as a legal analyst and member of the Program Development Group. She is currently a senior manager in the Program Implementation Group, where she is responsible for information system projects supporting EPA's Clean Air Markets Division, including a major reengineering initiative and the management of day-to-day information systems operation support. In her earlier position at PQA she served as PQA's lead analyst on Part 75 emission monitoring projects and assisted as a researcher and analyst in other rulemaking projects and studies for EPA. Prior to joining PQA, Ms. Prysby served as a research assistant at the National Legal Research Group, where she wrote legal memoranda and briefs for submission to various courts. In addition, she has authored and co-authored legal articles for several publications.
