Nat RogersProject Manager.    B.S., Indiana University, 1987 (Business Administration - Finance); M.S., University of San Francisco, 2000 (Environmental Management)

Mr. Rogers joined PQA in January 2002 as an environmental analyst assigned to the Program Implementation Group. His work at PQA has included extensive data analysis to support EPA's emission trading programs, technical support to industry users and the design and development of software tutorials. He is currently project manager for software development and program implementation of state and regional emission trading programs. Mr. Rogers' prior experience includes an extensive career in finance (as a commercial loan officer, comptroller and chief financial officer from 1987 through February 2000). After receiving his M.S. degree in Environmental Management in 2000, he worked as a groundwater monitoring contractor, and for the City of San Jose, California, as an environmental policy analyst.
