Ms. Chandra joined PQA in 2003 as a senior environmental engineer and has worked on a variety of EPA program assessment and implementation tasks in areas ranging from emissions monitoring programs, to mobile source compliance issues and to greenhouse gas reduction initiatives. She is currently a senior manager, splitting her time among projects in PQA's Program Development and Program Implementation Groups. Her prior experience includes six years as an environmental engineer in the Clean Air Markets Division of EPA, where she specialized in regulation development and implementation involving continuous emissions monitoring systems and served briefly as Chief of the Emissions Monitoring Branch. She also worked during a four-year period prior to EPA as an engineer, financial analyst, and ultimately as a manufacturing team manager for Proctor and Gamble.
