John Woodell, Project Manager.

Mr. Woodell joined PQA in September 2005 as a senior information technology architect and database administrator, and he is currently assigned as overall project manager for a major EPA information system reengineering initiative. Mr. Woodell has over 11 years prior experience in software development, with advanced skills in Oracle database administration, logical and physical database design, data transformation and migration, PL/SQL, web development, Oracle Developer (including Forms and Reports), Oracle Designer, and Internet Application Server, and he is certified in Oracle 10g. He has also worked with Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access, Visual Basic and ASP. He has three years of technical project management experience prior to joining PQA, and he holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In his previous position, he was the lead Oracle administrator, developer, and team manager, and he was involved in all stages of the product life-cycle, including functional and technical requirements analysis, system design, database implementation, and product development.
