Contracts Assistant

We have an open position for an entry level staff person to assist in the management of expanding environmental consulting contracts. The work is fast-paced and challenging. Applicant must be detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and writing skills and must be able to work effectively as a team member on projects with tight deadlines. Four year college degree with excellent word processing and spreadsheet software skills required. Experience with contracts administration and/or accounting preferred. IT Technical Support Assistant

This is an entry level opening to assist with network administration, in-depth server and workstation troubleshooting, and user support. Routine IT management tasks include maintaining backups, configuring new computers, and setting up video conference equipment. Requirements include a four year college degree, familiarity with Windows administration, strong technical communication skills, and the ability to function in a dynamic work environment, with challenging, time sensitive tasks. Experience with Linux and Cisco IOS, as well as familiarity with software development processes and technologies (ColdFusion, .NET, Java, etc.) would be helpful. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with computers and technology, is motivated to learn new technologies, enjoys problem solving, and supporting 80+ users and 35+ servers.

Environmental Data Analyst

Software Quality Assurance Lead

This position is for a full time QA Lead responsible for leading a QA team through the full life cycle of development. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, assisting in the development of automated testing processes, designing test plans, test cases and test scripts for manual and automated testing web-based applications, managing defect tracking, and working with other team leads to ensure that the overall quality of our software products meet expectations. Requirements include a four-year college degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, a minimum of 3 years of experience leading an SQA team, hands-on experience with white box, black box, automation, load testing, and the ability to work easily in a team environment using strong interpersonal and communication skills. ColdFusion Web Developer

This position is for a full time programmer/analyst to assist in the development of large scale, web-based, environmental data management systems using ColdFusion. Experience with development using XML, web services, Java, and MS SQL Server or Oracle is desirable. Projects involve a complex, multi-tiered architecture, working with very large sets of data and collaborating with teams of technical specialists and electronic registry systems for managing GHG and emission trading programs.
