Helen MoeAccounting Manager.    B.A., University of Virginia, 1992 (Mathematics); M.T., University of Virginia, 1992 (Secondary Education)

Ms. Moe joined PQA in 1994 as a contracts and accounting assistant and was promoted to the position of Accounting Manager in 1998. As Accounting Manager, her responsibilities include oversight of all PQA financial management tasks, including purchasing, payroll, timekeeping, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial statements, financial reporting, taxes, audits, cash management, investments, PQA's pension plan, licenses, insurance and the management of other financial records. She is also PQA's Human Resources Manager. Prior to her employment at PQA, Ms. Moe worked for a national income tax preparation firm, preparing tax returns and as a bookkeeper for the local office of the firm.
