Elizabeth Hatter, Associate.    B.S., Summa Cum Laude, University of Missouri, 2002 (Atmospheric Science); M.S., University of Missouri, 2004 (Atmospheric Science).

Ms. Hatter joined PQA in October 2005 as an environmental projects management assistant to PQA's Senior Vice President. She provides analytical support, quality assurance and implementation support for software development, and emissions trading program implementation. Her prior experience includes administrative management and customer service positions during and following graduate school.
