Ms. Rowan joined PQA in February 2007 as a senior environmental analyst and technical writer, and she is currently assisting with a major EPA information system reengineering initiative. Her professional experience prior to joining PQA includes six years as an independent environmental consultant, 11 years as a government environmental analyst for agencies including Virginia's Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Dept. of the Interior, and seven years as a writer, editor and producer for educational and mass media outlets and national publications.
