Ms. Stegura joined PQA's Program Development Group in June 1998 as an environmental analyst. She is currently a project manager for certification and compliance program implementation projects for EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ). Her project experience at PQA includes analytical support for various rulemaking and implementation projects, and she serves as PQA's lead analyst for all public comment summary and analysis projects. Her professional experience prior to joining PQA includes three years as an analyst supporting EPA's Air Quality and Superfund programs.
