Mr. Sellers, a licensed P.E., joined PQA in July 1999 as a senior environmental engineer with over eighteen years prior experience working in the air compliance and permitting programs in three states and in EPA's Region 5 office. Mr. Sellers' prior state agency experience encompasses all aspects of compliance monitoring and evaluation for the great majority of industry sectors subject to federal Clean Air Act requirements. At PQA, he has taken a lead role in compiling and analyzing data to support development and assessment of emissions trading programs. He also has served as a senior analyst for development of technical guidelines and sector analyses on compliance monitoring issues.
