Chaffee Burke, Associate.    B.A., Cum Laude, University of San Francisco, 2006 (Politics with minors in History and Theology)

Mr. Burke joined PQA in November 2006 as an environmental project assistant, and he provides general research and writing support to PQA's Program Development Group. He also provides assistance with updates to EPA's Applicability Determination Index (ADI), support for emissions trading programs and assistance to EPA mobile source programs. Mr. Burke's past experience includes internships at the California Public Utilities Commission; the Council of Europe Legal Department in Strasbourg, France; and the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition in Seattle.
