Cate Garris, Contracts Administrator.
B.B.A., James Madison University, 2002 (International Business with concentration in Finance)
Ms. Garris joined PQA's Financial Management Group in March 2003 and was promoted to Contracts Administrator in September 2003. In this role she is responsible for contract management at PQA, including contracts and subcontracts, the development of contract cost proposals, workplans and cost estimates, contract invoicing and reporting and coordination with client and subcontract contract managers. Ms. Garris is also responsible for ensuring that PQA complies with cost accounting standards and federal acquisition regulations applicable to PQA contracts. Her prior work experience includes two and one-half years as a bookkeeper and payroll processor for a CPA firm.
