Brian Marrs, Associate.    B.A., With Highest Distinction, Raven Society, University of Virginia, 2005 (Foreign Affairs)

Mr. Marrs joined PQA in 2005 as an environmental policy analyst. He is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia where he participated extensively in international affairs activities. As a foreign affairs major, he concentrated in Middle Eastern and Western European politics. He is fluent in German, proficient in Spanish and knowledgeable in Arabic, Greek, French and Latin. At PQA, he provides general research and writing support to PQA's Program Development Group. He is providing assistance with updates to EPA's Applicability Determination Index (ADI), support for emissions trading programs and assistance to EPA mobile source programs.
